Refining the ideas should include assessing your boss’ value. If you want to pitch your ideas to your boss then fair to say that your boss is the target audience. Think about things that are important to them let it be feasibility, duration, impact, cost, publicity, rigid financing. You should know what are the things that they will pay attention to.
