Significa vc resolver ou apresentar soluções a problemas com uma nova mentalidade, neste caso me refiro a uma mentalidade de testar formas diferentes ou agregar experiências que já funcionaram em outros modelos para o modelo atual. Tire a carga de pensar que e necessário inventar a roda , mas sim como fazer ela girar com perfeição se possível e com maior segurança , assim permitir chegar no seu destino .

Curiosity is a great pre-cursor to creativity. I remember as a producer in South Africa, the Church of England had come out with a new idea of what hell was. Whether you believe in hell or not, I was at least curious to find out what the church's viewpoint on this was. So, my Executive Producer sent me out to create a story. My first thought was: how on earth do I get footage on hell? Nobody has been there and come back with video footage 😂. I did a lot of research as I wanted to offer a balanced view. Once I had completed all my interviews, it was easier to create some footage with graphics. 😅

I find that my most creative ideas come when I am out for a walk in nature. I have to shut off from the world and that includes all my devices. I listen to the sounds of nature, look at the light bouncing off the leaves, see how the trees sway gently in the breeze. If you pay close attention, you will see a myriad of small creatures, such as butterflies, dragonflies, etc. dancing on brightly coloured flowers. You miss all this when you are talking, or listening to something in your ears. Disconnect to connect. Your creativity will flow.

Acredito muito na necessidade de pausas estratégicas, adoto o entorno pomodoro , infelizmente nem sempre conseguimos quando estamos envoltos em reuniões corporativas que não estao no nosso domínio . Vejo que e necessário uma educação corporativa neste sentido. O mundo moderno parece adorar reuniões improdutivas e longas. Após um determinado momento esgota-se a capacidade de retenção. E necessário revermos como estão nossas reuniões , possuem pauta , objetivo , espaço , break se necessário ? Tudo depende de um bom planejamento, se não conseguimos planejar uma reunião quiçá realizar uma boa gestão.
