It is important to showcase "what is" (the existing process) and "what will be" (the new process). During an operations plan implementation, the operations manager took 1 out of 25 teams to complete a project in the existing method and showcased how the new method will improve their work load. The team 1 became the brand ambassadors for the change. Also, the Team gave some thoughtful insights which were implemented in the process change roll plan.
