Collaborative Culture : Encourage cross-functional teams to work together, sharing knowledge and expertise. Continuous Feedback ; Schedule regular meetings and progress updates to ensure everyone is aligned and empowered to make informed decisions.

There have to be clear objective "gate-like" criteria. Too often programmatic calendar-driven criteria are used. Programs, especially software are EVENT driven.

If the regular meetings involving technical and managerial tasks are not converging to meet the progress time lines. the best way is to define a clear work break down structure and line of communication system. Keep the decision making authority with thyself for the continual monitoring and guidance to the teams. Appreciate the progress of each team in an open meeting, where all the teams are present, and motivate for the cross team functions.
