If you follow a simple contact and communication model you are less likely to have challenges with tenants. Ask " how would you like us to communicate, and how often" document this and play it back to the tenant. Typically we will meet tenants at least once a year to review and plan for the following term, this presents a good opportunity to build further rapport and to seek positive reviews and head off trouble and challenges.
