Such a move shows me the team's potential and downsize as well, but provides a focus on managing a regular daily balance. It is "24/7" work because, as a team leader, I must trust the team and deliver requirements, manage limits, show progress, and analyse situations to build a new strategy, solution, or change. As always, it is a team.

In reality to get the right balance among your team members really a big challenge. Frequent team meeting may help you as a leader to find ways to resolve this though knowing their strengths would also be additional advantage. During critical time in project deployment, unforeseen circumstances may happen and we need to engage and discuss with the team members on listening issues and possible ideas that could lead to solution(s). To balance may take time and require multiple engagements through team meeting which eventually will lead you to the right balance as everyone already comfortable to contribute beyond their boundaries.
