Being structured, focusing on one task at a time, and adhering to deadlines has always been my key to success. Procrastination in pursuit of perfection is a serious productivity killer. Let go of perfection, and instead, contribute more by achieving meaningful outcomes within the set timelines.

1. Prioritize and plan strategically: Assess deadlines and the complexity of each project to allocate your time and energy effectively. Use tools like calendars or project management software to stay organized and ensure no task is overlooked. 2. Streamline coaching processes: Develop a structured framework for sessions, such as focusing on goal-setting, actionable steps, and follow-ups. This ensures consistency and high-quality outcomes across all clients. 3. Communicate proactively: Keep clients informed about progress and set realistic expectations. Open communication builds trust and allows adjustments to meet their needs without compromising quality.

Once again. Strange A I driven questions. I approach each client appointment the same way. Time in advance to become present. The appointment. Time post to reflect and capture notes. And so, 4 appointments a day maximum. And there are 7 days in a week. Though I rarely work them all. So, projects and priorities become secondary. Appointments structured to give each and every client the 100% focus they deserve and the quality they engage for.

Balancing multiple clients with tight deadlines can feel like a juggling act, but quality doesn’t have to suffer. Here’s what works for me: - Prioritise impact over effort -focus on the actions that create the most meaningful results for each client. Reduce the noise and fluff around each session, and keep it to the point. - Systemise prep work - templates, checklists, and frameworks save time while ensuring consistency. Make sure you keep up to date with the relevant ones. - Build in reflection time - a quick post-session review helps me refine my approach and stay aligned with client goals. Check each end session is aligned with the main goal.
