As pessoas precisam se sentir respeitadas em suas individualidades, sentir que fazem parte de algo significativo e que seus trabalhos são importantes. O ritmo de entrega tem que ser equilibrado com as demandas, os recursos e a escala de trabalho. As coisas precisam fazer sentido!

Il faut une équipe motivée, loin du stress, il faut galvanisé continuellement les membres de l'équipe, s'assurer du bien être des travailleurs (géologues). Leur faire participer à des formations en Leadership. En plus il faut un suivi motivateur, voir l'évolution du travail tout en faisant des suggestions d'amélioration. Valoriser et dynamiser les bon travailleurs.

First, it is important to know your coworkers and identify who needs more help and more reminders. Most people when good they will meet their deadlines, then it's also important not to overload them. However if someone in the team requires more attention then it is important to focus on that person to make sure those task are met as well. It all depends on the people. Great people do great job without being micromanaged.

Collaborative planning that precedes activities is key. Plans are adjusted over time, but they need to exist, and intermediate goals must be achieved with intermediate deadlines that align everyone with the same objective and break the anxiety of reaching final goals. The leader must do his/her part, contributing to the achievement of intermediate goals with his/her own work, not just demanding it from others. A good coach is one who plays alongside the team.

It is important to understand the purpose of every task and project. What value does it adds to the company and the consequences of not staying on track to achieve a target. Once there are clear objectives, provide the guidance to stay on the course. Provide positive feedback to every step archived. Regular feedback and on field interaction is vital.

Based on our field experience, it is important to first know which task is the priority. On behalf of I will set limits for that work. It is also important to know the capability of the team and each member to complete the task.I give the team freedom to work within boundaries and ensure that our team completes the work as per the plan. And giving the team flexibility as well as accountability. I always stay in touch with each team member to prioritize the work as per the deadline.

One thing I have come to realize is that managers are so focused on getting the job done with little to no attention to who will get it done. As much as project management is important, PEOPLE MANAGEMENT is a major factor in carrying out a task. I have also learned that the manner of approaching individuals on site is different. Managers and head of projects should also always set a reasonable and realistic goal for a task. Tough caring leadership is a key factor to be considered and when a worker do their job well, they should be given the recognition.

By balancing structured planning with adaptability and fostering collaboration, I ensure that everyone stays focused and meets deadlines effectively.

To ensure quality work within deadlines, we should set clear objectives, understand each team member's skills, maintain a positive work environment, have a motivated and responsible team, and communicate constantly, especially between the office and the site.
