Give them empathy & show care - be a good listener- have casual talks with them & show interest to know what is bothering them This will not only motivate one of your team members it will also chalenge the rest!!! Try it Give Ownership - give them access to new responsibilities & tasks , coach & guide the process let them know their is much knowledge to learn through the journey- learning is an investment in people let them know they are invested in ! You will be suprised with the positive vibes this can bring to the work place
