Well, first of all I'd be thankful that I got the opportunity to work in a different time zone since that means I'll be handling a totally different variety of clientele going forward and have a different kind of exposure. But still to manage work life balance in such cases I'd suggest to do the following - > Make sure you get atleast 15-20 minutes of sunlight daily. This helps regulate hormone and your circadian rhythm. > Make sure to hit workouts whenever possible either before the shift or post shift, as per preference. > Make sure to catch up with friends and family at coffee lunches if not evening dinners. > Engage in morning sports with friends and family to cope up with lost time of evening drinks and dinner.
