Tudo começa na apresentação e entendimento do briefing. É ali que percebemos se o prazo é factível. Em caso negativo, procuro convencer o Atendimento da necessidade de estender a entrega. Contudo, há casos em que não pode ser adiada. Sendo assim, lanço mão do arquivo de referências em consonância com um brainstorm imersivo, a fim de encontrar pelo menos 3 linhas criativas. A partir daí, a equipe gera os KV's com os conceitos e faz uma apresentação ao cliente; uma espécie de CP. Tendo uma das linhas validada, a equipe se desdobra para criar. Caso nenhuma linha seja aprovada, é comum o cliente gerar um insight colaborativo com a equipe da agência. Daí, com o caminho e conceito aprovados, criam-se as peças da campanha para entrega no prazo.
