For example, is there an opportunity to lead, innovate, or stretch a skill you’re keen to build? I also recommend integrating career planning into your routine. It doesn’t have to be big or formal - a monthly check-in to assess whether your work is steering you towards your goals can be transformative. And if you’re feeling stuck? Talk to someone in your network. Sometimes, an outside perspective can clarify the steps you need to take next.
