I would definitely put my design team on it but the most important part is to get direct feedback from the end customer. Giving beta access to super users and end users can be super important. I would also like to make it simple to navigate and get the experts to do their benchmark and come up with few proto types. Considering age group is also important and customising according to users feedback and also realistic design concepts. Lastly try to not complicate the process , think how the customer can get what they want in easiest and simple way.

This is where good design shines! For me, it's about user testing early and often. Get feedback on those prototypes! Are the controls intuitive? Is the visual language clear? A beautiful interface is useless if it's confusing to navigate. Find that sweet spot where form meets function.

Lograr la “perfección” en interfaces parece una constante. Antes fueron los computadores de escritorio: "intuitivos y atractivos". Luego, los celulares: "prácticos y estéticos". Ahora, en la realidad virtual, aún buscamos un equilibrio entre lo visual y lo funcional, pero seguimos apagando routers cuando algo falla. Tal vez lo que falta no es diseño perfecto, sino un poco de todo: simpleza, funcionalidad y una experiencia natural. Cuando las interfaces sean tan fáciles como abrir una puerta o deslizar un dedo, habremos llegado. Hasta entonces, sigamos intentando y, sobre todo, no olvidemos guardar los cambios.
