1) Nominate the owner of the strategy. If there's no one responsible to do check-ins and take action when things go off-track, then it's a question of "when" will it go off-track, not "if". 2) Schedule and agree on frequency of check-ins to periodically review the status & take preventive actions if needed. 3) Define how you'll be tracking how the BI Strategy implementation is coming along. Agree on a few key KPIs and how will you be tracking them.
