Cuando trabajamos en un objetivo en común no sólo estamos gestionando un proyecto también implica la gestión de personas por eso el equipo necesita saber que estamos involucrados con ellos y el proyecto, esto es fundamental. Tenemos que "sudar la camiseta dentro del terreno de juego " sólo de esta manera el equipo nos seguirá hasta alcanzar los objetivos. Cuando "jugamos el mismo partido " el equipo nos ve como uno más, ganando en cercanía y humildad. Importante preguntar al equipo que necesidades tienen, preocuparnos por ellos, por sus emociones, etc. La comunicación debe ser fluida, bidireccional, etc. En mi experiencia creo que conectar con el corazón de las personas es fundamental para sacar el máximo partido a las personas.

Creo que una de las grandes claves es que estén las reglas claras sobre en qué vas a evaluar y también si va a ver consecuencias o no. Tanto en sentido positivo como negativo. Todo esto tiene que saberse desde el minuto 0 para que la gente pueda obrar en consecuencia. El problema de muchas valoraciones es que se hacen sobre aspectos que la gente nunca supo que le estaban midiendo. Lo mismo pasa con las recompensas, si no hay ninguna recompensa, de poco sirve que nos hagan n una evaluación muy a conciencia. Tiene que haber esa transparencia entre lo que se pide y lo que se dará/quitará.
