Look at the data, not just the noise Don't get swayed by the loudest voices. Dig into your analytics and user metrics to see what's really causing issues for most users. Sometimes the quiet majority is suffering silently while a vocal minority dominates the conversation.

Focus on understanding the emotional context behind user responses. Identify patterns of frustration or delight in their experiences. Instead of just counting frequency, assess the impact on their overall journey. Dive into feedback that reflects a deep-rooted behavioral issue or reveals unconscious habits. Engage users directly, creating empathy to unveil nuanced insights that might go unnoticed in data alone. Transform feedback into meaningful design improvements that resonate on a human level.

We at Team Guru, follow these top ‘THUMB’ rules. UI design for mobile should be looked at from the perception of a thumb. Not a mouse scroll experience of a desktop. It’s okay if content/data on mobile is further skewed than desktop. Mobile users need 6-secs or less to decide. Static content for a mobile with less transitions make greater impact if you want user to read content. Given that most views are vertical, it helps to centralise content in the central area leaving the top & bottom edges. Reduce loading time. Better to show video experience as a choice to click and view. If into commerce, offer a desktop view too. As function because an important feature for such viewers.
