Balancing a creative vision as a product designer with client needs involves effective communication and collaboration. Start by understanding the client's goals, target audience, and functional requirements. Translate your creative ideas into solutions that align with their objectives. Maintain open dialogue throughout the design process, incorporating client feedback to ensure their vision is realized. One thing I found helpful was to keep the stakeholders up to date with the design decisions and while pitching in new ideas providing social proof seemed to ease their apprehensions. Allowing space for constructive criticism and suggestions helped in putting thoughts into perspective, sometimes the suggestions gave wings to the sketches presented.

Create a Version 1(Now), Version 2 (Next) Version 3 (Later) state for your product and the roadmap and timeline it will take to achieve these versions. Show with your design rationale what features can be prioritized now and why these features will benefit or delight the customer/user at release.
