Conociendo esto, aqui es donde realmente se puede construir un cronograma, si es el caso y se requiere, construyo un minutograma y Un DF funcional, siempre manteniendo una comunicación practica orientada a descubrir todos los escenarios y los riesgos para abordar la ejecucion. El Plan de actualización, tambien, debe contener especificamente un proceso de rollback en caso de presentarse un escenario indeseable. Si la actualización es de alto impacto debe hacerse con el acompañamiento del proveedor. Comunico un check list continuamente, todo debe completarse y aprobarse para proceder
