L'infographie est avant tout une méthodologie qui, d'après moi, repose sur 3 piliers essentiels : 1- la hiérarchisation, c'est à dire le tri entre les informations essentielles et celles qui sont secondaires. 2- la mise en forme : la façon dont les éléments qui constituent l'information sont placés dans la présentation (ordre chronologique, parcours, lecture linéaire ou par blocs...) 3- l'illustration : pictogrammes (mais s'ils apportent un niveau de compréhension supérieur uniquement), schéma, diagramme, graphique, dessin... Faire cet exercice lorsque vous présentez un projet à un client c'est s'obliger à faire ce travail de synthèse et de clarification que le texte seul ne permet pas de faire.
