First, chill.. take a slow breathe and group similar questions together. Next try to prioritise multiple voted questions because this is the most important to your audience. Finally time your answers, you can get better timing without interruption and more questions if you give clear answers. Tell me if this works for you.

I feel it’s important to highlight before opening a Q&A with both a time limit and setting expectations. Here’s how you can do it: “Wow, I see quite a lot of hands raised 🙌, unfortunately we only have about 10 mins to questions. Please keep your question focused and brief, I’ll try to answer as many as I can.” Or “That’s a lot of hands 🙌 I can see. Unfortunately, I’ll only have time to answer a couple of people before we wrap up the presentations. Please keep your question specific so we can make the most of the time.” By using a statement like this you are setting expectations and time constraints to the Q&A sessions for the audience.
