Das ist ein weites Feld. ich glaube es kommt sehr stark auf die einzelnen Charaktere an. Ich denke das kann helfen 1. Aufschreiben in Ruhe. Das erlaubt den introvertierten ihre Gedanken zu äußern. 2. Alle darum bitten das Feedback nicht zu kommentieren und nur Verständnisfragen zu stellen. 3. Klarmachen, das Themen aus unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln betrachtet werden können. Toll finde ich noch die "Blitzlicht"-Methode, wo jeder einen Satz / einen Gedanken äußert. Dieser bleibt so stehen und wir nicht kommentiert. Das gibt einen selbst eine ziemlich gute und schnelle Indikation der Lage und erlaubt in nachfolgenden, bilateralen Gesprächen nachzufassen. Was sagst du dazu? #netzschpeople
