Clients feedback is one of the most important techniques that every coach can use. It means that a client is present and engaged during coaching sessions. Actually it doesn't matter wheater feedback is negative or positive it is the best way to go deeper by asking questions and encouraging your client to voice out their thoughts, beliefs and perceptions. By going deeper coach can navigate a client how deep and where to go just to create a perfect balance during coaching sessions. We always encourage our clients to give us feedback, as it is one of the best ways for the client to connect with his/hers inner world. Clients feedback is also adds value and creates a perfect balance by giving and receiving during the coaching session.

Balance is key in all areas of life. As a coach I encourage feedback. The coaching journey is about customizing it to the clients needs not about getting through our set of modules, lessons, or curriculum. The goal is a strategic path to the client’s desired result. Two things required: 1. Know the pillars of your coaching program and blend them into the process of customization for the client’s needs. 2. Agility! A skilled coach is well versed in multiple coaching modalities. Their skills coupled with talent will empower the coach to pivot as necessary to meet the client’s needs. Help is only helpful when it is received. Therefore we need to meet our clients where they are and coach then across the bridge to where they want to be!

Giving all the respects while discuss with client , Avoid hurting the ego while talking , Not to mention if the client is wrong , or dont be rush or showing a winner Smile on face and proving the client is wrong can lead till lossea of the client , goodwill as well , Understanding their needs , feedbacks should helps to understand how customer experienced about it and what they expecting more , dont put our ideoligical things to customize it , being transparent with client , clearing all doubts and clarficition in friendly manner can make more trustable they feel ,it can lead a long healthy relationship , and business growth as well. .
