When you have short or tight budgets is when you should be more creative. Everything will depend on what type of facility you are managing. If the venue is a stadium type, you should create as many off-season activities as possible, from rentals for concerts to rentals for MICE (Meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions). You can also create venue tours and dressing rooms aimed at fans, rent local tournaments and many other ways to generate extra income (partnerships with leagues, e-sports, etc.) You can also create events from the parking area as neighboring areas of your facility. Involve your sponsors, your community and you will be able to obtain future benefits from both sponsorship and engagement.
