Basically, now days post covid-19, everyone has to adopt the remote working concept. set the goals, KPI's and clear understanding of work and task. Also, setting the clear goals helps not only individually but collectively help to the team too.

Productivity starts with clarity. I’d ensure that every developer understands not just their specific tasks, but also how their work contributes to the overall goals of the team and the product. Clear deadlines, well-defined responsibilities, and measurable outcomes provide structure and help remote teams stay aligned.

Pressuring and demanding deadlines from the team can be made easier by creating an environment of closeness between employees. I suggest adding fun by applying gamification and/or symbolic rewards.
