It goes without saying, respect the seniors and encourage the juniors. A good leader will maintain team values and competitive atmosphere to ensure his team are fired up. A great leader will analyse his team and know what makes each one of them tick. People work for one of three reasons, money, fame/legacy, environment. Once you profile your people, it's very easy to motivate each one of them. If they are after money, promote bonuses. If they're after fame or legacy, promote recognition. However, if they are just after the environment, meaning they just like what's like to belong to corporate and hang out with similar individuals which is often found in entry level roles, make sure they keep good performance to continue being here.

To engage a wide variety of audiences, the environment must be one that appreciates all points of view. Having clear, shared goals but flexible ways to get there. For elderly members, mention mentoring opportunities or acknowledging their senioity. For member’s below the age of 30, focus on growth, innovation, and skill setup. In one meeting, a lineup of senior leader with a junior team member improved collaboration and idea sharing. By making collective achievements into celebrations as a team, and individual contributions to that end are respected, motivation over generations is maintained.

In my opinion, the biggest challenge in this situation is, the people with higher age assume(sometimes) they are more intelligent or experienced than people younger than them. As a people manager, it is very important to build a culture that age does not matter, what matter is your skills and knowledge. Be open, and keep it simple rule for team.
