Offering flexible learning options that are in sync with their work schedule, options like online module and training, and practical leadership roles on the job. Provision of continuous support on the job, culture they say eats strategy for breakfast,so develop a culture that will promote ongoing development, feedback on regular milestones achievement.

For utmost performance of frontline staff there should basic understanding of products, SOPs and markets variables. As a manager I will prefer some specific ways to tailor sales training for frontline staff. - there should be soft skills sessions with proper evaluation. - there should be product based training sessions. - there should value based sales training sessions. - There should standard operating procedure training sessions for maintaining harmony in retail system. - there should be time to time market information sharing sessions. - there should be brainstorming sessions with proper feedback mechanism. There are more things can be apart from these basic things which are fundamentals of sales team building.

One thing which I have observed that Freshers n Experience both the candidates firstly need to understand the work culture n expectations of Company n key requirements....yes there are some basic knowledge or SOP we can teach them... Business understanding,performance, deliverance n growth are the part of the frontend staff learnings... through making healthy compitition amongst the people n team building excercise we can achieve our sales numbers or KPI's
