Como ponto de partida, deve-se entender o desafio e encontrar soluções a fim de apontar o sucesso ao cliente através dessa expectativa. Após analisar a necessidade, é hora de enviar comunicações no formato one to many para alcançar toda essa base. Modelos de mailing, comunicações que levem o cliente a uma base de conhecimento ou até mesmo webinars podem conduzir esses clientes ao engajamento conforme a necessidade em questão. Após a ação, é necessário coletar dados e feedbacks dos clientes, para entender o resultado do plano de ação para então aplicar melhorias, caso seja necessário. KPIs como CSAT e CES são fundamentais para isto.
