I look at the agreed scope, then I look at the deliverables, then I think, do these look the same or do they not look the same. If they do not look the same, I say "Debbie, how about you make these look the same?" Then when Debbie sends me the files again, I will do the exact same thing. But this time if they don't look the same, I get rid of Debbie and do it myself. If you want something done right, most of the time you have to do it yourself.

To ensure deliverables match the agreed scope in a computer graphics project, I start by establishing clear expectations during the initial briefing confirming all project details such as design style, format, and timeline. Throughout the process, I maintain open communication with the client, sharing progress updates and seeking feedback at key milestones. This allows any necessary adjustments to be made early, ensuring alignment with the project scope. Finally, before delivering the final assets, I thoroughly review the designs against the agreed specifications to ensure all requirements have been met.
