Deadlines are all that matters...until they don't. It doesn't matter if you're managing a client or your creative, the key is giving the creative the time and ability to satisfy the client. While pressure does produce diamonds, it can also creates diarrhea. We need to make sure everyone feels included in the process. Inclusion doesn't mean stress. Be honest with clients and creatives.
