In my experience, building an efficient workflow begins with strong communication. Clear, open discussions with directors ensure you understand their vision and deliver the most effective solutions. When certain requests aren’t feasible, proposing alternatives often keeps the project on track and saves time. After clarifying tasks, execution is key. Assign responsibilities based on team strengths, and leverage leads and senior artists to train and support mid-level team members. Effective communication with the TD is also essential to minimize technical hurdles and save time. With roles clearly defined, the final step is to use coordinator to track progress, ensuring the team stays on target.
