Focus on work task and deliver within the timeframe as expected. Set aside when to take a break after successful completion of project and celebrate successes, while also reflecting on lesson learnt. During a complex mechanical project with tight deadlines, I stayed on track by breaking tasks into milestones and prioritizing critical ones. Regular short breaks and team check-ins kept stress manageable and focus sharp.

"For every minute you are angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness" so what I do is: 1.Prioritize tasks—don’t tighten screws that don’t need tightening yet! 2. Plan realistically; Rome wasn’t 3D-printed in a day. 3. Let software do the boring stuff while you sip your coffee. 4. Communicate, or the project might steer itself into chaos. 5. Keep your documentation less like spaghetti, more like a neat gear assembly. 6. Take short breaks before your brain overheats. 7. Ask for help—two heads are better than a broken bolt. 8. Loosen the Nuts: Exercise, laugh, or watch cat videos to reset! Deadlines may be tight, but with the right tools, you’ll be the torque master!
