Avoid any 3rd person words or inputs only the end users oservervation in action should be the single source of your input. 2- Have clear understanding of the functional / business use of their IT given IT services. 3- Figure out their problems, expectations and aspirations out of each IT service. 4- Prepare a action plan the solve the problems and meet those expectations along the time . 5- Share the solution roadmap with the stakeholders and keep them updated along the way.
