Je crois que le profil des managers de direction dans la Fonction publique notamment doit impérativement associer autant des compétences de vision stratégique que de capacité à les décliner de manière pragmatique notamment en situation de gestion de permacrises.Ils doivent savoir naviguer en continue entre les réponses à apporter à leurs collaborateurs au quotidien tout en définissant une vision stratégique partagée. Le sens donne à l’opérationnel doit s’inscrire dans des objectifs plus larges expliques. Par exemple lorsqu’on évoque la transition climatique en matière bâtimentaire, numérique….il ne peut y avoir de pertinence des réponses opérationnelles déconnectées d’une vision stratégique sousjacente. Le manager doit en être le garant.
