Prioritize your work week. I have specific tasks I do each day. These tasks remain the same each week. This helps me not to stress about things everyday of the week. For example I only address bill paying on Mondays. I run errands on Tuesdays. In this way, I am able to concentrate on my Art & Photography Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday and save the weekend for family & friends.
