Priorizando soluciones que respondan a necesidades específicas. 2. Implementando de manera gradual y con pruebas piloto. 3. Asegurando infraestructura robusta que respalde las operaciones actuales y las innovaciones. 4. Capacitando a la comunidad para facilitar la adopción. 5. Recogiendo retroalimentación para alinearse a las necesidades reales. 6. Optando por tecnologías escalables e integrables. 7. Monitoreando impacto y realizando mejora continua.

Muitas vezes devemos iniciar uma inovação conduzindo em paralelo o processo anterior, que traz resultados e garante o caixa da empresa, com o novo processo. Temos que ter em mente que não é o fim de um jeito e o início de algo totalmente diferente, pois são adaptações a serem feitas continuamente (como sempre aconteceu) mas a velocidade vai aumentando e vai continuar aumentando! Melhoria contínua agora com essa velocidade passa a ser inovação contínua.

Se han realizado las pruebas técnicas, de seguridad y funcionalidad apropiadas. - Se tiene un plan de adopción adecuado y se han asignado los responsables para su despliegue.

I agree with the principles mentioned above however, I would like to say there is need for robust and reliable backup and redundancy when integrating new technologies to a stable system. New changes are intended to improve and boost performance rather than have an adverse effect. However, integrating new changes comes with some challenges which can brick a stable system. There’s need to have multiples backup states of a working system before attempting to implement new tweaks. This will help avert downtime caused by little mishaps during integration and should things go wrong, will also aid in a smooth rollback to a last known working configuration

Uno de los factores críticos de éxito es tener bien definido el “para qué”, es decir, contar con una estrategia planteada, un plan de acción y que ambos estén alineados con los objetivos del negocio.
