Bifurcation on basis of Urgency and importance is fine but how many times we really do it on paper. I like that but i think with experience, our neurons synapses in particular habitual way. We start sensing time sensitiveness of work at hand and start acting. Its just that we need to see we dont get carried away by one task only. At senior level, we need to keep things in motion. We need to keep communicating to right stakeholders. For me it helps from getting overwhelmed
