"There is always something more you can do." That is what most people tell themselves. And in a way, it is true, the queue of things to do is pretty much endless, pretty much always; the key lies in setting boundaries, what is what you can do without impacting your personal life: your partners, your kids... your friends and family, your hobbies; you need to clearly draw a line that marks the border between healthy and unhealthy. In my case, I cannot be happy if I do not have time for my wife, kids, gym, 8 hours of sleep and some space to play (yes, I do love playing). What are the things that you need every day (not just weekends) that without you cannot be happy? Leave space for those, that is your "healthy" border.

Focus on constraints and remove them preemptively. Prioritization and experience are the key. Tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps are good for progress check and tasks, but not so good for detecting and removing constraints in time. Great expectation and outcome management with client stakeholders in an agile manner will reveal the path and reveal potential blockera. To be able to detect constrainta private time and heatlh are the key for clear head, neglecting this is the first constraint to overcome. 🙂

Here are my thoughts. Delegate Tasks: If possible, delegate tasks to team members. Trusting others with responsibilities can lighten your load and allow you to focus on high-priority tasks. Take Breaks: Regular breaks are essential. (25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5-minute break) to maintain productivity without overworking. This is perhaps the most important one (for me, at least!) Practice Self-Care: Make time for activities that help you relax and recharge, such as exercise, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones.
