When deciding which speaking invitations to prioritize, I consider the impact and alignment of each opportunity with my values and goals. I ask myself if the event allows me to share meaningful insights and connect with an audience that will truly benefit. I also weigh practical factors, like location and schedule, to ensure I can give my best without spreading myself too thin. Ultimately, I choose events where I can make the most positive difference and support my growth as a speaker and motivator.

Life doesn’t always go as we expect, and the journey can feel challenging. But in these moments, our faith in Allah becomes our strongest foundation. Trusting His plan means believing that every twist and turn serves a purpose—each delay, each challenge, and each success is part of a greater design. Faith in Allah is about knowing that what’s meant for us will reach us, and what isn’t, will pass us by. Stay patient, keep hope alive, and embrace the journey with trust. The best is yet to come, InshaAllah. ✨ #Faith #TrustInAllah #Patience #Hope #Purpose

My approach will be to pick a topic which I don't normally speak about. Reason - it will prompt me to move out of my comfort zone, read, learn and prepare for the topic - help enhance my knowledge which may result in developing liking for the new topic adding to my repertoire - able to test my speaking abilities on an topic unknown hitherto Of course, the equity of the event, persona of the audience and scope of networking are other factors.

Great question! I prioritize speaking opportunities by focusing on impact and alignment. I ask myself: Will my message resonate with this audience? Events where I can share insights on fostering trust and collaboration, aligned with Dale Carnegie’s values, are always top choices. I also consider the event’s credibility and networking potential, ensuring it offers opportunities to connect with others who value growth and collaboration. How do you decide which engagements to pursue? I’d love to hear your approach!

quality over quantity, the place where more meaningful networks can be made, value can be added to both parties, a majority of win-win situations will decide the venue. For example, if I am giving a speech on AI, and I am a professional teacher, I'd prefer schools, colleges over corporate companies or webinars.

When invitations stack up, I focus on where I can add the most value and connect with the right audience. I look for the events that align best with my goals and my message where I feel like I’ll leave something meaningful behind. Quality over quantity always wins.
