This involves identifying 2-3 key long-term goals that absolutely must stay on track, while breaking down immediate program deadlines into manageable chunks. The key is understanding which deadlines impact those future goals most directly. For execution, I employ what I call "parallel pathing." While working on immediate deliverables, I dedicate small but consistent time blocks (even 30 minutes daily) to future-focused work. This prevents long-term initiatives from stalling completely when urgent matters arise.
