Basically when I find someone who has a new skill either in digital or in marketing, I start to have a conversation with him/her.. to know more about this: “skill, tool, app..” and then I dedicate 5 hours a week to search this skill on different learning platforms.. also I search on google and youtube.. by spending roughly one month I will know the basics of this skill.. & if I found it relevant to my work I will go through some professional courses about this skill, tool or app.. like this I keep myself passionate, updated and on top of all humble..
