The things what I found out; - The traceability should be guaranteed. - The certified suppliers only can depends. - Shipping companies always give promises higher than the actual. - Each supplier always have something special, try to find out. - Non - commodities should be inspected and verified. - All cycle should be done as per ISO process. - Payments should be vitrified before transaction especially for 1st time deals. - Always make comparisons and always update the resources. - Everyday have a new supplier. - No challenge no work. - Same exhibition have same suppliers have new technology or new product. - Quality is always 1st. - Response time is very important. - Right documentation always provide the added value.
