Multiple Hardware malfunctions from multiple clients would suggest a known manufacturer defect within a particular brand. First steps would include a full spreadsheet of all effected hardware, First in service dates, date of first failure ...etc Serial numbers, remedial steps and any known software or hardware fixes applied.

Consequently, Prioritize repairs that can be resolved quickly if they have a high impact, as these can often be restored faster, allowing you to move on to the next task efficiently.
