I believe in team work It's my practice to reach to each person in any department to find out the solution. To seat with other department And try to solve any issue I know some time people don't like it but to finish the job in time this is very important to communicate your requirements to related departments and make them understand your concerns. For me to reach the person from whome you require data it's very effective.

Having faced resistance in teams during my army days, I know that change challenges comfort zones. Start by building trust—listen to concerns and validate them. Share the “why” behind the change, tying it to a bigger purpose. Engage key influencers to model collaborative behavior. Break down silos with small, cross-functional wins to build momentum. Celebrate every success, no matter how minor, to reinforce the benefits of collaboration. Lead by example—show that you’re committed, adaptable, and willing to work alongside them. Transformation isn’t instant; patience and persistence win the mission.
