Different team members having different ideas and different working style is quite normal things. First of all, not to make an issue of that i.e., consider it normal. Second, a good team leader who knows the art to regulate all energies towards one right direction. Not by force but with selection. Proper internal communication between team members is highly important. Valuing the ideas of each other by introducing high moral environment within team will give good results.

- Have one-on-one conversations to understand individual perspectives. Then address the issue in a team meeting: “I’ve noticed some competition impacting collaboration. Let’s realign.” - Eliminate gray areas by clarifying responsibilities and who makes final calls. This reduces unnecessary conflicts. - Promote shared ownership through group discussions, collaborative goals, or joint problem-solving sessions. Recognize everyone’s contributions equally. Power struggles often stem from unmet needs for recognition or control. Address those underlying issues while reinforcing the importance of teamwork.

in this situation, the first thing that is very important is that the Leader remains #Calm, #Sharp, #Objective. Why Calm- Many times situations/responses/words might be provoking and can further aggravate. It's important you deal with it with your composure and cool. Why Sharp- The Leader has to be on top of every situation and well informed. staying ahead and anticipating outcomes can enable you to handle people, teams, and situations. Why Objective- as a Leader your core job is to get the deliverables done from the team, hence in any situation make sure that you focus on the Tasks, Actions, and Goals. This will help you to be and make people focused on the Objectives, and less on distractions. My thoughts -Rajeev sharma
