When we face more than one network outage at once I would... -Look at the root cause some outages may be linked to one another such as a fiber going from one data center to another. -Start with verifying power to the site sometimes the battery power or generator may have issues switching on. -Look if we have any high SLAs on these networks that are out, make a ticket number and start emailing, informing them that we are working on it and deliver the ETR when you can. How many are affected? Bonus: For prevention, have an SNMP trap poll the UPS at the site and conduct monthly redundancy checks. Also, if one site goes down, ensure that traffic can be routed off, by configuring the router on the previous hop to make another path via OSPF.
