Let the team voice their perceptions/disappointment and be empathetic. We don't build products for ourselves. We build them to solve a problem or gap in market. Therefore, the customer/user feedback is important in guiding the product's build. Spin the narrative to the team, encouraging them since we know what the users want now. From here, we build a feature that they will adopt and love. The product must eliminate frictions consumers experience in market, whilst delighting them at the same time.
