Shift focus to tasks that can actually move forward, eg. finalizing ad copy, while waiting on others. 3. Update team members to align on revised timelines & tackle roadblocks. 4. Reallocate team members, bring in other freelancers if needed,& use automation tools to save time. 5. Focus on launching a basic version (MVP) that can be refined later on, ensuring deadlines are met. 6. I add a bit of buffer time & create fallback plans to keep projects moving. Once back on track, I evaluate what caused the delays & refine processes to prevent future setbacks.
