Utilize a técnica de priorização MoSCoW (Must, Should, Could, Won't) para categorizar tarefas.

To navigate conflicting priorities in sprint planning, start by fostering open communication during planning meetings to surface all perspectives and concerns. Use the product backlog as a single source of truth and rely on the Product Owner to prioritize items based on business value, stakeholder input, and alignment with project goals. Facilitate discussions to clarify how each priority contributes to the sprint and overall objectives, helping team members see the bigger picture. Encourage compromise by focusing on high-impact, achievable tasks that address the most critical goals. If conflicts persist, escalate for guidance or make data-driven decisions using metrics like ROI or customer impact to align the team.

I would prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. By facilitating open communication, I'd ensure every team member shares their perspectives on the conflicting goals. This ensures clarity on dependencies and potential impacts, helping the team focus on shared objectives. I work with stakeholders to align priorities and establish a consensus, ensuring the sprint goal remains focused and achievable. This approach fosters collaboration while maintaining project stability and meeting the highest-priority needs.

First, I will ensure that team members fully understand the overall goals and project priorities so that everyone can work together on the same page. I encourage open and honest communication between team members, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to express their goals and priorities, so as to deeply understand each other's positions and needs. Next, I will work with the team to evaluate the impact and importance of each goal to help everyone identify which goals are critical to the success of the team and the project. Based on these discussions, I will guide the team to explore possible solutions, such as adjusting the timeline, allocating resources reasonably, or seeking compromises to better meet different priorities.

When there are conflicting priorities during the planning, 1. We can discuss with the Product owner regarding the prioritisation of the tasks. 2. Analyse the business impact of the requirement 3. Prioritise according to Dependencies on other features/requirements 4. Analyse Technical constraints while implementing 5. Analyse what we are delivering in Sprint deliverables 6. Use MoScow Framework

-
Clarify Priorities: Understand the reasons behind each goal. Align with Objectives: Tie tasks to project or business priorities. Collaborate: Encourage team consensus on what delivers the most value. Compromise: Balance urgent needs with longer-term goals. Communicate Decisions: Clearly explain the rationale for chosen priorities.
