It's critical to always prioritize your weekly maintenance plan so when unexpected issues happen it simplifies the process of figuring out which tasks can be postponed. Check your work load and decide on who will be involved in the unexpected issues, plant workers or contractors. Take the time to plan the unexpected issues before you put manpower towards it. Have a sound plan, understand the situation, make sure parts are available along with tooling, specifications and all other needs to be timely and safe in the repair

You must be clear that not all of your technician team can be available. Make sure you ask the team (most suited) Who is available first Then if more bodies are required ask for more volunteers. Prioritise the work required to the correct skill set as it will be resolved quicker.
