In my profession of Litigation it is almost a daily challenge, that an urgent matter comes up, like even on Sundays or in the midnight the phone rings, Help Us, the police has arrested my so and so relative and we are in apprehension that he/she might face torture by the police overnight in custody. In such cases we have only a few hours to help the Client and get out of the threatening situation, like drafting of the Bail application and then the filing of the same which is quite time taking, but when the client is in such position we do have to perform our duties even in odd hours keeping the comfort aside. Sacrificing the Comfort that time is the way to help such clients.
